As I explained in the previous post, eating a balanced
diet is essential in order to grow healthy. Fruits contain many vitamins and
nutrients. If you eat them often you will take advantage of these benefits:

ü Having a
good body digestive system
ü Maintaining
energy throughout the day
ü Enjoying
their great flavor
What about keeping the doctor away??
All the benefits that fruits can provide you are
concentrated in an apple. If you get used to eating one apple a day you will maintain
your health quite well. Therefore, you will feel alive, avoiding frequent
doctor visits.
