Eating healthy requires a lot of green food to our daily diet and broccoli is the best choice!
Broccoli has a high
content of vitamin C. It also contains fiber and vitamin B; nutrients involved
in balancing the nervous system and cardiovascular pathways. This green veggie
also participates in the absorption of carbohydrates and fat metabolism.
If you are not keen on
eating a lot of different vegetables, I highly recommend you eat broccoli. It is
considered to be one of the vegetable that has the most nutrients and you can
eat it in a lot of different ways!
