sodas?
United States is one of
the countries that consume more these refreshing and tasty drinks! The influence

- Many sodas have caffeine, which can provoke irritability, tension, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, and excessive urination, among others.
- It substitutes other healthier drinks.
